Roseann Morrison Roseann (Ro) Morrison

Roseann (Ro) Morrison, Managing Partner- has more than 30 years’ experience as an Executive/Senior Relationship Manager in the Financial Markets Industry.  Prior to co-founding Ro Morrison & Associates LLC, Ro held Senior Management positions at both The McGuinness Companies in Newport Beach, California and Transamerica Capital in Denver, Colorado.

She has been an industry leader and has created solid sustainable relationships with top firms such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, UBS, Wells Fargo, Citibank, Centaurus Financial, Cetera Financial Group and many others. Ro is passionate about building strategic alliances with clients and is authentic about making the client experience the absolute best that it can possibly be.  Ro resides in San Diego with her husband, Kevin and enjoys being of service in her community

Chris Dungworth

Chris Dungworth, Managing Partner – has over 15 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to co-founding Ro Morrison & Associates LLC, Chris held multiple leadership positions at Allianz Life Financial Services, including Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Sales.

Chris is most passionate about the process of delivering a strong speaker ROI to his clients. It’s the science of understanding the industry, understanding the client needs, and understanding our speaker strengths so that we can create amazing connections, like a matchmaker. ​ Chris and his wife recently moved to Vermont where they spend time hiking the various trails in the Green Mountain State and enjoying the farm to table lifestyle.

We are a concierge speakers bureau serving the financial services industry. We are one point of contact to match our clients with the industry’s leading keynote speakers and trainers.


We work closely with our clients to deliver a strong return on investment when they bring in a speaker or trainer. We don’t just focus on the actual speaking time; we focus on the pre-event setup and the post event actionable take-aways.

How is RMA different than other speakers bureaus? What gap did you notice that inspired you to start this company in this way?


There was not another speakers bureau out there that just focused on the financial services industry and the industry has it’s own unique set of needs from compliance to the types of speakers and topics that fit best.

We didn’t just want to focus on the actual event itself. We feel that what happens before the event and after the event will determine the success of the event, and therefore we spend a lot of time really focusing on the process from beginning to end.


We saw a couple of gaps in the market that we thought we could fill and in many ways how we solve those gaps is what makes us different.

The biggest difference that we can see is that we want to be more than a speakers bureau and finding a client a great speaker. We want to find the client a great speaker and really help them deliver a strong return on investment through focusing on all aspects of the event.

We really wanted to focus on building relationships with our speakers. We think of the speakers that we work with as partners and we pass this relationship on to our clients.

We also take a proactive approach to bringing in new business and “pitching” our speakers. We are not just a listing service.
