I know what I need to do to help meet the needs of all the generations

“As the leader of a company trying to reach a broad demographic market, I know how important it is to tailor the message to the audience. Now having read Unlocking Generational CODES, I know what I need to do to help my company communicate with and meet the needs of all the generations that are my customers and my employees.”

Anna’s program nails it

“Anna’s program nails it. Unlocking Generational CODES offers insight about why it’s harder to recruit younger people into organizations; it explains why people don’t return phone calls, and why some folks would rather text than talk. It has unlocked for me some secrets of communication with everyone I meet. I wish I had this information years ago!”

–  Tom Hurdelbrink

 CEO, NWMLS, Boomer

With four generations meeting in the workforce for the first time in history, leaders are challenged daily to find new ways to meet each generation’s unique set of values, attitude, beliefs, expectations and demands.

Anna Liotta will share with us Generationally Savvy™ Solutions you can use to attract, engage and invigorate each of the four generations currently in your marketplace. This high energy, action packed presentation will give participants new inspiration and ideas on how to turn the generations competing needs from obstacles into opportunities and come out of the down times on top!

Establishing a strong, multi-decade practice requires enduring client relationships with individuals from many generations with diverse attitudes, values, beliefs and often divergent approaches to creating their financial future.

Building a Multi-Generational Practice leads advisors through the “Generational Codes,” communication styles and priorities that can develop or destroy the bridge to the new generations. Advisors and managers learn how to improve their effectiveness in cultivating strong inter-generational relationships through “Generational Savvy™” principles to attract new clients, deepen relationships with family members of current clients and retain assets under management.

As we enter into the largest wealth transfer in US history financial advisors face lucrative opportunities and considerable challenges in meeting the needs of clients of all ages with diverse savings and investing habits and perspectives. Research studies show that 92% of the time when wealth transfers from one generation to the next, the advisor changes.

Understanding the “Generational Styles” of how younger generations prefer to do business, develop relationships, or be advised can make all the difference. As younger investors build and inherit wealth, advisors and team members who are fluent in adjusting to the appropriate “Generational Style” of their client will have the competitive advantage.
