Jimmy Pomerance brings over 20 years of experience teaching, training and coaching sales professionals across many industries, but especially the financial services industry.
He has had a great passion for sales, presentation and speaking from as early as he can remember! Jimmy served as the National Sales Training Director for AIG/Sun America and a Divisional Sales Manager for Sun Life Financial. During those years, he created and instituted several sales training programs for new hires, sales associates and top management. In addition, he assisted the marketing departments in crafting unified sales messaging and campaigns.
In 2005, he took the leap of faith and launched his entrepreneurial company Impact Speakers and he has never looked back! He now divides his time and energy between motivational speaking engagements and working directly with companies and individuals looking to improve and energize their businesses through upgrading their presentation, communication and sales results.
On a personal note, he has an abundance of energy and enthusiasm for life and people that he’s been told it is contagious. He performed improvisational comedy in Miami in the 1980′s, so his style is lighthearted, humorous and fun. Jimmy is a native of Miami Beach, splitting his time between his homes in Delray Beach, FL and Buckhead, GA with his wife Tobi of thirty six years, who is a Realtor. They have two children, Jared who is 34 and lives with his wife Monica in the South Florida area and Erica 28, who works in sales in Atlanta.
When he’s not working, you can find him onstage as the lead vocalist in a local band, traveling, playing golf and tennis, reading and actively involved with his family and friends!

The Impact Speakers 2 Day Corporate training, led by Jimmy runs from 8:30am-5:30pm and is limited to only eight participants. This small group format allows for a highly interactive, high attention and personal experience for each attendee.
